Coastal Black mead makes a marvellous salmon marinade

Succulent salmon thanks to an overnight marinade

Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillet cut in portions
1 cup mustard
½ cup honey
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup Coastal Black Mead
2 tbsp dill weed
1 tsp salt

Directions

Mix together, put in ziplock bag with fillet and marinate all day or overnight.
