This is a "throw-back" type of photo. My sons are now in their 30s but this is still one of my favorite photos. They are looking so mischievous, but wary of the consequences of staying up - peeking out the window of the trailer when they should be sleeping!

My husband and I were visiting the Nelson/Balfour area for the first time in our 1970-something Boler travel trailer. On arrival at the campsite, we were assigned a lakefront spot and when we parked, we were the only people there; however, as we set up camp, neighbours arrived to the left and to the right of us. Once we had set up camp, we decided to take a drive to Balfour and as we were pulling out of our campsite, I looked back at our trailer and this picture is what I saw. The difference in size between us and our neighbors really tickled our funny bones. We've now graduated to a 28' fifth wheel but we still talk about our little Boler, how much fun we had in it and how simple life was back then.

"It was a very hot sunny day and we were just returning from a walk - my wife was using her umbrella for shade. As we approached our motor home she was goofing around and kind of waving the umbrella around. Just caught this photo on the fly."
