The BC Interior RV Show is calling for volunteers April 21 - 23, 2017
April 21st to April 23rd will see the 6th annual BC Interior RV Show taking place at the Penticton Trade & Convention Centre
Friday April 21st to the Sunday April 23rd will see the 6th annual BC Interior RV Show taking place at the Penticton Trade & Convention Centre and the South Okanagan Events Centre and the BC Interior RV Society is looking to the community for volunteer support.
The annual BC Interior RV Show will fill 80,000 square feet of indoor space in the Penticton Trade & Convention Centre; the Okanagan Hockey School arena; and the South Okanagan Events Centre arena plus its parking lot with over 40 different exhibitors promoting products and services related to the RV lifestyle, including the best and newest RV models in the industry.
The BC Interior RV Society has invited exhibitors who sell and promote products, services and properties related to the RV industry, including of course RV's. Plus suppliers to the RV lifestyle such as satellite dishes, solar panels, outdoor activities, tourism associations, resorts, RV camping sites will be on-site too.
The three-day event will host workshops and educational sessions in the Penticton Trade & Convention Centre, and as one of the valued volunteers, you too will have access to visit the show and participate in the free sessions.
The non-profit BC Interior RV society could not host a show of this size without the amazing support of its volunteers! Do you love RV’s?... the RV lifestyle?... are looking for a fun social event to be part of? Or just the idea of exploring the open road traveling in a luxurious, modern RV? – then you should volunteer for this community event.
The show needs hosts to sell and attach wristbands at the two main entrances, plus to assist in directing guests between the PTCC and the SOEC for all three days. The shifts are only four hours long and and you will receive a $5 concession coupon per shift and a weekend wristband to enjoy the event yourself. Some shifts have already filled up so get your registration in as soon as you can!
