"Grand Forks is a great place to camp and explore. The Municipal Campground is a central and very popular RV site adjacent to the Kettle River. There are many other spots to camp also. On June 24, 2017 Gallery 2 is hosting their Garden Tour. What a wonderful way to spend a weekend, camping and having the opportunity to peek into some of the private sanctuaries of local green thumbs and gardening afficienados. "On our way to the Nisga'a Museum in Laxgalts'ap (formerly Greenville), we were crossing the bridge into Gitwinksihlkw. We walked the suspension bridge, which for many, many years was the only entrance into Gitwinksihlkw, until this road bridge was built."
