A favourite event for families is the Anacortes Waterfront Festival, which will take place May 17 and 18. Held annually for the past 17 years, this free event takes place at Cap Sante Boat Haven on the downtown shoreline. It’s a celebration of the nautical heritage of Anacortes and everyone is welcome to enjoy live music, food vendors, free boat rides, a boat show, classic car show, marine swap meet, water safety demonstrations and boat building.

    ALASKAN CAMPER Collapsible camper

This camper’s unique design allows for a stable ride

As an outdoor enthusiast, you want a truck camper that is durable, long-lasting, comfortable, functional, luxurious, convenient, lightweight, maneuverable and affordable. You’ll find all this in the Alaskan truck camper.

This camper’s micro-lam construction makes it lighter weight and stronger with no warping. The most unique feature of the Alaskan Camper is the patented telescopic system that makes it possible for you to lower the top for towing. This system provides more overhead clearance and allows for a stable, safe ride because the center of gravity is lower, reducing rocking and swaying. The aerodynamic design allows you to maintain maximum highway speed with minimum drag and sway, thus resulting in better gas mileage.

Easily transformed from its compact towing position to a roomy, insulated, weather tight, high-ceiling (6’4”) camper, the Alaskan is extremely functional. Two inches of sprayed-in urethane foam insulation gives this camper excellent insulating capabilities.

When compared to many other RVs on the market, the Alaskan truck camper has a high resale value with less depreciation, lower initial expense and operating expense, and fewer limitations on the access of your truck, as you are able to tow a boat or other recreational toys.
