Jean and Paul Piché of Martensville, Saskatchewan, have been RVing for 35 years. Jean told us that they don’t have to go far from home to enjoy their favourite park.

Our RV: We pull a 38-foot Everest fifth wheel that we’ve had for six years.

Our favourite RV park: Manitou Lake at Watrous, Saskatchewan

What we love about it: The park itself and the people we meet up with there. We have reunions every May long weekend and August long weekend. We don’t really take advantage of the famous mineral springs or Danceland, though some of our friends do, but we certainly enjoy the time with friends.

Extras we like: The farmers market on Saturdays and the flea market on Sundays

Other parks we like: The regional park near North Battleford and Memorial Lake Regional Park at Shell Lake; we pick places we can easily get into with our big rig.
